Notice Regarding Referendum: Due to the recent ruling of the Twentieth Judicial District Court, Lake County, the referendum planned for March in which irrigators represented by one of the Irrigation Districts and the FJBC will have the opportunity to vote either for or against signing the FIIP Water Use Agreement has been postponed until that ruling is reviewed by the Montana Supreme Court. The referendum has not been cancelled, but has been delayed because of this litigation.
